A multi-millionaire Wall Street CEO accused of sexually harassing a female intern flipped when he found a nightclub promoter in her bed, a court has heard.

Benjamin Wey - who is being sued for $850million by Sweden-born model Hanna Bouveng - is said to have used his own key to enter the 25-year-old's New York apartment when he got no response after shouting through her letterbox.

James Chauvet alleged he was confronted by the China-born businessman as he lay almost entirely naked in Miss Hanna's bed upstairs in the Financial District flat which Wey paid for.

Speaking at court in Manhattan yesterday, 31-year-old Chauvet described the horrific moment he was caught, literally, with his trousers down, the morning after spending the night with Miss Hanna, who he met in Chelsea club Avenue in April last year.

According to the New York Post, he recalled hearing someone at the door.

When he looked through the peephole, he saw Mr Wey - who he claimed was shouting out for Hanna.

Assuming the man would leave, Chauvet returned to bed. However, he was heart-sunk when he heard a key in the door.

He said: 'I just laid down under the sheets. I hear the door click. I'm like, "Oh, my God, I can't believe this is happening right now.'

Chauvet said married Wey soon made his way to the bedroom and went ballistic when he saw another man there.

Chauvet continued: 'He starts freaking out. He is like, "What are you doing here? Who are you?"

'I said, "I'm Hanna's friend."'

The jury was then told that Wey eventually asked: 'Did you f**k her?'

'I was like, "Are you kidding me? I think it's very extreme for you to ask me that,"' said Chauvet.

Wey is then said to have demanded his love rival's name and phone number - both of which the nightclub promoter handed over.

He is then accused of threatening to call the police, saying: 'You can't be here. I am going to call the cops if you don't leave.'

Chauvet added: 'I said, "I will leave." But I had on shorts. I wasn't naked, but I did have the sheets over me and I said, "I am not going to get dressed in front of you."'

Asked before testifying if he knew who Benjamin Wey is, the 31-year-old replied: 'Unfortunately, yes.'

The bedroom details were revealed before an eight-person jury as part of a $850million lawsuit filed against Wey by Bouveng.

The Swedish beauty alleges that she was pressured into sleeping with the 43-year-old, who she claims retaliated when she cut him off.

Asked by attorney Gary Meyerhoff if Wey had reprimanded Bouveng for partying too much, Chauvet responded with an emotional defence of his former lover, saying: 'It was never about her work performance,' before adding that Wey was 'consistently going after her'.

Outside court, Chauvet confirmed that he believed Wey - CEO of the New York Global Group private equity investment firm - was envious of his relationship with Bouveng.

He said: 'He's obsessed. How could a guy like me have a girl like that when he has all the money?'

After his morning encounter with Chauvet, Wey sacked Bouveng, kicking her out of her apartment and even sending an email to her dad in Sweden.

The message read: 'I saw a six-foot-tall homeless black man named James lying on her bed.

'The man was totally naked, dirty, totally drunk and perhaps on illegal drugs.'

Bouveng is accusing her former employer of forcing her to have sex with him on four different occasions as part of her $850million lawsuit.

She alleges sexual harassment, unlawful retaliation and defamation - charges Wey denies.

The 25-year-old model added that she feared what Wey would do next after he 'started to harass and stalk me and my family and friends'.

She added: 'I don't want to be in the US right now because I don't know what he's going to do and I feel safer in Sweden.'

Wey has denied having sex with Bouveng, and his lawyers call her lawsuit 'extortion.'
